Mgahinga Gorilla National Park
Overview:
The lesser known of Uganda's gorilla national parks is the Uganda side of the famous Volcano’s National Park in Rwanda. Mgahinga's most famous features are its three dormant volcanoes that form part of the larger Virunga massif bordering Rwanda and Congo. Also home to golden monkeys, Mgahinga is an important park for conservation even if it is not visited as often as its nearby national parks.

Location:
Located at the southern tip of Uganda, bordering Rwanda and Congo about 8 hours’ drive from Kampala/Entebbe.
